Animal model development
Spring Valley can assist in the development of animal models of infections or diseases. Capability exists to handle live organisms classified as BSL-1 or BSL-2 under CDC guidelines.

Animal colony maintenance
Spring Valley has experience in managing rabbit, mouse, rat, and ferret breeding colonies under conventional and SPF conditions and can perform embryo collection and freezing, sperm collection and freezing, surgical manipulation and implants.

Pathology
A board-certified veterinary pathologist is responsible for conducting pathology and histopathology evaluations.

Surgery
We have a surgical suite consisting of an animal prep room, a surgeon prep room, a surgery and an ICU.
